Most of these systems grew out of my own needs and run in everyday use. That is why they show what I set up for others: solutions that work, are traceable and keep running without constant attention.

Symbiont
A personal, self-hosted system that combines nutrition, training, sleep and body data from several sources, analyses them and suggests the next sensible step. AI interprets, the decision stays with the human. Input arrives as text, voice and photos via messenger bots, sensitive data is stored encrypted, and new versions are tested and rolled out automatically.

Workload Identity Federation for AI on Kubernetes
AI services access resources without stored keys: identity comes from the cluster, short-lived tokens replace long-lived secrets. Tested on my own cluster as a path to AI automation with clean governance and single sign-on.

Several AI agents with different roles debate a question in a structured way, and a final step merges their positions into a recommendation. Roles and modes are configurable, and the flow is optimised for a low cost per request.

Built for my own needs: managing land, forest and bee colonies without paperwork. The modules are meant to connect with each other and run on site, not with me.

Record keeping for bee colonies: feeding, varroa checks and observations per colony and apiary. Designed as a module installed at the beekeeper’s and working without ongoing service after a short setup.

My own company IT as a verifiable reference
The IT of Ahnenhain Systems, set up from scratch: Microsoft 365 with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, a second domain locked against spoofed mail, this website without cookies and without requests to third-party servers, security headers, a private repository with signed commits, automated checks before every release and daily monitoring of site, certificates and DNS.
